Allowing!

'To be or not to be' - this saying is as old as Shakespeare....and I think he has a point to make. Is life not just about Be-ing present in every single moment? We so often get caught in the stories , not only of the ones we create especially for ourselves but in everyone else's stories. Eventually our whole Be-ing's are filled with clutter and noise that we struggle to use the one gift that has been gifted to each one of us and that is Breath. The Breath of Life.
